Otomec provides a complete range of specialized accessories for OTOBUSBAR lines, designed to optimize sequential loading, reliable transport, and orderly unloading of bars and tubes throughout the entire plating cycle. Each component is made of stainless steel and chemical corrosion-resistant materials for durability and reliability in continuous exposure to aggressive galvanic environments.

Loader Systems – Loading Systems:
Motorized and semi-automatic systems for rapid and precise loading of individual bars and tubes into the plating line. Available in manual-assisted, pneumatic, or servo-controlled configurations, they enable accurate positioning and adjustable loading rates according to plating line capacity.

Unloader Systems – Unloading Systems:
Motorized devices for orderly collection and deposit of plated bars exiting the line, with automatic stacking or palletizing capability, preventing impacts and coating deformations. Available with inverter control for variable speed and line cadence synchronization.

Conveyor Trolleys – Sequential Carrier Trolleys:
Motorized carrier trolley system for transporting bars through different treatment stations (degreasing, plating, rinses, drying). Made of stainless steel with integrated electrical insulation, they provide stable and safe electrical contact for galvanic current transmission. Programmable advance speed via PLC, automatic synchronization with treatment times of each chamber.

Material Holders and Fixtures – Contact Pins and Supports:
Pure copper contact pins with very low resistance, stainless steel positioning supports and cages, elastic pins for complex rectangular geometries. Ensure optimal electrical contact and uniform current distribution across the entire bar surface, preventing hot spots and defective depositions.

Rinsing Manifolds – Specialized Rinse Collectors:
Low-medium pressure cascade rinse distribution systems in stainless steel, with retractable nozzles to optimize solution contact on bar surfaces and reduce water and chemical consumption. Individually controllable via pneumatically operated valves programmed from the central control system.

Drying and Wiping Systems – Drying and Wiping Systems:
Low-pressure compressed air dryers with integrated filtration, pressostatic wipers with antistatic material bristles, tangential fans for rapid and uniform final drying. Prevent oxidation stains and salt deposits on the plated surface.
