The ROW systems cover one of the broadest working ranges in the industry:

• Wire diameters from 0.10 mm up to 18.00 mm, ensuring stable process control and uniform treatment across all metal types.

This makes the platform ideal for sectors such as micro‑electronics, high‑performance conductors, automotive components and mechanical applications.

Speeds up to 1000 m/min for uncompromised productivity
The ROW family includes systems optimized for multiple production scenarios:

• Up to 400 m/min on OTO4 high‑productivity configurations, integrating double electro‑cleaning and electro‑plating sections
• Up to 900 m/min on OTO’FF Line, engineered for continuous high‑speed surface treatments
• Up to 1000 m/min in historical in‑line installations connected to high‑speed drawing machines
• Up to 15 m/s (900 m/min) with accessories enabling head‑to‑tail welding without stopping the line

To support high‑performance deposition cycles, ROW lines can integrate rectifiers with the following nominal values:

• 2,000 – 4,000 – 7,000 – 10,000 A on OTO4 systems
• 4,000 – 10,000 A with air/water‑cooled electronic rectifiers on OTO’FF Line

These power levels allow coating thicknesses up to 25 μm, even at elevated line speeds.

Microplater: extreme precision for delicate wires
