Plant testing
All production, assembly, and testing are done internally with direct customer feedback, and Otomec can supply chemicals for treatment upon request.
Before every Otomec plant is delivered, it undergoes a complete internal assembly and wire coating line testing process designed to ensure maximum reliability, safety, and performance under real production conditions. All cleaning and plating systems are fully mounted inside our facility and evaluated in collaboration with the customer, who is directly involved throughout the testing phase to validate each functional aspect of the machine.
During plant testing, our technical team performs detailed inspections of all mechanical, electronic, and chemical components to verify precision, coating uniformity, and process stability. This rigorous procedure allows us to fine‑tune operating parameters, optimize cycle times, and confirm the long‑term durability of the system. Otomec can also provide the necessary chemicals for treatment upon request, ensuring complete readiness for immediate operation once installed at the customer’s site.
By validating the equipment in advance, customers receive a plant that is already calibrated and proven to achieve the expected output, galvanic efficiency, and coating results. This minimizes installation time, reduces risk during start‑up, and guarantees that the machine meets all production, safety, and quality requirements from day one.
Otomec’s plant testing phase represents a crucial step in our commitment to delivering high‑quality, high‑performance treatment lines for metallic wire, strip, bar, and tube — ensuring consistency, reliability, and excellence across every project, including wire coating line testing.
