DEMISTER – Dry Vapor Filtration System:
Filter for separating liquid particles from vapors generated during plating and rinsing processes, through controlled aerodynamic vortex creation. Significantly reduces vapor emissions extracted by chemical/industrial aspiration systems, lower environmental impact, better air quality near the line. Easy maintenance with replaceable filter cartridges, no additional chemical consumption.
Water Treatment – Wastewater Treatment Plant:
Complete system for treating rinse and process wastewater generated by the galvanic process. Includes pH neutralization, heavy metal precipitation, sedimentation and filtration, sludge collection in dedicated containers for environmentally compliant disposal. Enables partial water reuse in secondary rinses (cascade), significant reduction in water consumption and discharge tax.
THICKNESS ANALYSIS INSTRUMENTS – Coating Thickness Analysis Laboratory:

Destructive laboratory instrument for quantitative determination of coating thickness deposited on samples extracted from coil during production. Precise µm measurement via metallography and sample sectioning, project specification compliance certification. Enables statistical quality control (SPC) and batch-by-batch compliance tracking.
PH MEASUREMENT AND REBALANCING – Automatic Chemical Control and Balancing:
Integrated system for continuous pH measurement of plating and rinse tanks, with automatic correction capability of chemical parameters and active component concentration. Multi-point digital sensors, HMI data display, acquired history, programmable alarms for setpoint deviations. CONTINUOUS DIAMETER MEASUREMENT – OTOPSYSTEM Continuous Diameter and Thickness Measurement System:
Optical/mechanical system for continuous measurement of wire diameter and ovality at line entry, diameter and ovality measurement of wire exiting after plating. Real-time coating thickness deposited calculation, machine parameter automatic correction software (line speed, amperage, bath position) to maintain constant deposition thickness according to programmed recipes. Integrated data archive with timestamp, complete product traceability, declared specification compliance.
Industry 4.0 AND DATA EXPORT – Production Integration and MES Software:
Advanced software for real-time production data export and processing from all Otomec lines, with modular customizable interface in various development environments (Node.js, Python, C#, Java) for seamless integration into company MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or cloud platforms. Complete recipe tracking, process parameters, quality data, productivity statistics, alarm history, interactive dashboards.
