Otostrip – Advanced Strip Plating Line Solution
Otostrip is Otomec's specialized strip plating line for continuous electroplating of metallic strips, sheets, and bands in steel, copper, aluminum, and special alloys. Designed for continuous payoff-path-takeup processes, Otostrip strip plating line enables ultra-high cadence production while maintaining coating uniformity and consistent quality across widths up to 500 mm and variable thicknesses.
High-Speed Process & Application Range
High-Speed Continuous Process:
The strip continuously passes through dedicated stations of electrolytic degreasing, cascade rinses, pickling, galvanic plating, final rinses, drying, and wiping, dramatically shortening cycle times compared to batch processes and ensuring consistent quality along the entire work coil.

Supported Coatings:
Zinc and zinc-nickel (Niz®) for corrosion protection, nickel for precision components, copper for conductivity and aesthetic appearance, tin for solderability, chrome for surface hardness, multi-layer composite coatings.
