Complete System & Quality Control

Standard Configuration:
The complete line includes payoff station, double electrolytic degreasing, electroplating section with galvanic parameter control, finishing stage, takeup station on reels or coils. Fully stainless steel structure with under-tank protection, self-priming pumps in polypropylene, PVC or stainless steel, drying and final wiping system with pressostatic wipers.

Quality Control:
Electronic control of galvanic parameters and wire tension ensures uniform, concentric, defect-free coatings. Optional continuous diameter and coating thickness measurement system enables real-time automatic corrections to maintain tight tolerances according to recipe specifications.
